Amealia Baya, RN
Amealia Baya is an exceptional nurse on my team who provides excellent care to patients on an ongoing basis. She regularly exemplifies NM values and shows a commitment that is above and beyond in our general surgery and endocrine surgery clinic.
She is well respected by the surgeon she supports and her colleagues. Amealia is a joy to work with and brings solutions to issues that are occurring. She has also been instrumental in implementing new processes, such as our new patient triaging process, and training other staff. She also commits to expanding her skill set, as she is currently working and going to school to become an APN.
Amealia's future is bright, and we are grateful for all of her hard work and contributions to our mission.
