Professor Grass is always reaching out to her students personally to check-in. She cares for her students' success and goes the extra mile to help students academically – using repetition, verbal quizzes, and games to promote learning. Professor Grass motivates and inspires her students by writing positive affirmations on the board. With many simple but effective actions, Professor Grass pushed students to limits they didn’t know, making them more confident as student nurses.
