Amelex is an excellent clinical nurse and good problem solver who reacts promptly during any emergencies or issues in the school clinic. She is also very quick on her toes while managing a high number of students' health screenings and vaccinations. She acts as the liaison between NMC and school management for the day to day work. She was appreciated numerous times by the management for her outstanding performance as her role as senior nurse.
She is very flexible and adapts to the hectic work schedules and goes beyond the set duty hours in managing the concerns related to the clinics. She is fair, honest and even-tempered regardless of the busy schedule in school clinics. She is respected by all school nurses for her work and is a role model for the other school nurses for her commitment to work.
In the nomination, we have heard all about a situation where Amelex acted appropriately to save a child's life.
