We are excited to announce that our nurse, Amelia Bennett, has been honored with the prestigious DAISY Award! Her excellence in nursing was recently highlighted by several letters from her patients. One patient’s family shared, “Amelia was amazing. My brother was brought to the ICU in March, and we would not have gotten through this horrible time without her care and concern for my brother. She is an angel." Another family wrote, "Amelia is a wonderful nurse who took the time to answer all my questions about my loved one. She has the compassion and patience which is what you need in her job." Amelia receives recognitions like these quite often which is why she is so deserving of this award.
