A man had fallen and made a frantic call to his daughter. Instead, he dialed Amelia (Amy) Crews who helped the man get the assistance he needed. As soon as Amy answered the call she knew that something was wrong. The man told her he had fallen and was trying to reach his daughter. While keeping him on the phone, she tried several variations of her own number until she reached the man's daughter. The daughter was grateful for her help and the man received the care he needed.
