Amelia explained each step in the procedure in detail and told me what to expect under sedation. She was caring and compassionate through the prep process as well as the procedure. She asked if I needed a warm blanket twice. She opened socks in the prep room so they were ready for me to put on. Amelia thanked me for my service and asked which branch I served in and where I was stationed. She placed an IV in my vein and I felt nothing but a prick, great placement. Amelia made feel comfortable with the entire process by explaining it well! She made sure I had drinks and chips after the procedure! Great! Her attention to detail in all aspects of the process was phenomenal.
