Amelia's amazing! She treated me with both respect and like a long-lost friend. Amelia listened to my concerns and clarified as needed, putting me completely at ease with what to expect from the doctor, hospital for the pre-op appointment, and when I came back for post-op care.

I just wanted to let you know when I call Amelia in the surgery clinic, she is always so very polite, very kind and with a voice that makes you hear the smile on her face. I have never met her (but would love to); she is always so happy and bubbly and in turn, just makes my day. I know nurses have a lot put on them, being pulled between doctors and clerks and their patients, but she always has the same happy personality no matter when I call her, or what I call her for. She is one of those types of people that make you feel as if you've known them all your life, and I love that. She needs to know she is sweet and can turn a dark day into a sunny bright day to make it happy. Too mushy? That's ok because she is awesome!
