My nurse, Amy, showed a lot of compassion while caring for me. She was always concerned about my wellbeing and health issue. I felt like she was my family while I was away from mine when confined to the Medical/Surgical unit. She definitely needs to be recognized for all her hard work and commitment to her patients, like myself. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and I'm sure she does that with all her patients.

Amy starts with her warm welcome that significantly makes your day. She is full of energy, very caring, and constantly checking on our needs, even offering choices. She clearly demonstrated a caring attitude in all situations. We had witnessed and experienced her clinical skills.
