Amer Al Lahham 2, RN, BSN, MBA

Mr. Amer is an exceptional leader, and he is functional in a variety of roles. He gracefully worked as a head nurse and as KPI Manager. While working in a dual role, he continued to implement countless projects over the past years. There is never a challenge that Mr. Amer is not ready to take, and he will always go above and beyond to find innovative solutions to resolve the problem. He has been instrumental in applying his sharp knowledge of quality improvement in important organizational initiatives such as improving patient satisfaction and a culture of safety. Furthermore, as a facilitator of VIP UBC, he always makes sure that all projects discussed must be implemented immediately. At the same time, he consistently showed unending support for whatever proposals and ideas we formulated with a desirable outcome. He is an amazing head, a mentor, an advocate for nursing, and a privilege to work with him as he makes around him a stronger leader and a better nurse if not the best. And I believe he is a true DAISY Nurse Leader.
