The student always took initiative during clinical and treated every patient with the utmost respect. The student asked appropriate questions and was eager to learn. The student made sure to explain every intervention to the patient and family and always kept patient safety and respect in the forefront. The student learned at every clinical and retained the knowledge through each shift. If a minor mistake was made, typically only charting related, the student had no problem accepting constructive criticism and learning from it. The student will be an asset to whatever unit and hospital they are hired.
