My grandma had dementia after her heart surgery. Amin explained everything to her no matter how many times she became confused and needed something explained again. He put my mother and me at ease after surgery and even cared for us while we were there to help take care of her. He genuinely cared about all of us. It was very easy to tell that we weren’t just a number to him. He even came to visit her when she was moved to CVSD to make sure she was okay. We could not have asked for a better caretaker. He even kept her calm while removing a central line. He went above and beyond!
