Aminah is very passionate about her work, she makes sure all her patients' needs are provided. She spends most of her time with her patient talking to them listening to their concerns which makes them feel comfortable asking any questions regarding the plan of care for them. Most of the time she helps her colleagues with other tasks and always gives her best to the best of her knowledge. She has this cheerful attitude and soft voice which calms the patient and family when problems arise. She speaks in a way that patients can understand and she always delivers the message that nurses do care about them.
