Aminata’s patient felt that his swift recovery from pneumonia was due to her caring and thorough actions. She was always aware of his needs and prepared to meet them. She was cheerful and welcoming and moved about with confidence and kindness. Aminata was sure to address the patient’s questions and those of his wife. Even when she was clearly busy, he felt like he was her only patient.
