It’s a privilege to be part of a team with such a high standard of care and collaboration. Amir noticed that a disoriented patient whose mobility is below baseline was slated for discharge with transport by a family member. Amir took the extra step to contact family to see if the home involved any stairs and whether the patient would be able to maneuver into the home. Because of this, Medicar with lift assist was arranged to ensure a safe discharge for this patient.
