Amira has consistently demonstrated excellence in developing and supporting our nursing workforce. She serves as the Co-Mentor for the Professional Development Council (PDC) and Research Council, guiding nurses in advancing their professional growth and promoting evidence-based practice.
Her leadership was instrumental in the successful coordination and organization of the last two Sigma Nursing Induction Ceremonies, ensuring these important milestones were meaningful and well-executed.
She has also facilitated three Journal Club sessions, encouraging critical thinking, research utilization, and continuous learning among our nursing staff.
In addition, she established and organized a comprehensive staff nurse database, creating an efficient system that supports competency tracking, professional development, and workforce planning.
