I am the guardian of a woman who spent several days in the hospital (many in ICU) after she aspirated food/drink. The patient has Down's Syndrome and advanced dementia. She became quite sick very quickly.
Ammber did an amazing job interacting with her, explaining things to me and providing support during those difficult days.
She had a very calming presence and I was so glad she was one of her nurses. Ammber really stood out to me.
She received excellent care and I am happy to report she has fully recovered.
