Amorelle demonstrates nursing excellence in many ways. Amorelle tackled a difficult LOA for parent/infant with care and compassion. She kept the best interest of her patient in mind and provided exceptional teaching to the parent. Picking up her assignment after a difficult shift is easy because Amorelle leaves no stone unturned when she is working. She provides exceptional hand off report and truly knows her patients well. She always offers to help her co-workers and shows great compassion when caring for the infants.
