Our mother was in the ICU for one month and was very ill. Amy was one of the nurses that stood out “above and beyond” all the others. She showed genuine care and sympathy toward our mom. When she came into the room, everything that our mom needed was bought in with her. Amy was very proactive in planning her care with proper positioning of her head to achieve the best oxygen levels and protecting her privacy by undressing her for a bath. Not only did Amy care for our mom but she cared for the families also.
