Amy went above and beyond for me. I came from another facility late one night and Amy was there waiting for me. When explaining that I have been bleeding for days and I felt that the nurses at the other facility were not listening to me Amy asked questions and more importantly, listened to me. I have a very long skin tag in front that I knew was bleeding. She took it upon herself to take a picture and add it to my records. The next morning when the surgeon came in she said do you want me to move the tag along with my bleeding polyp. Without Amy taking charge and adding the photo to my record this problem of the excessive bleeding would never have been taken care of and would have taken a long time to diagnose.
