My husband was in PCU for almost 2 weeks. Amy has a great personality dealing with patients who don't always know what is going on around them but even more so she is fantastic with frightened family members. She spent a lot of time with me explaining what my husband was going through and making sure I was ok. She answered questions I didn't even know I had and did all this while providing awesome patient care. She is fabulous!
