"Whenever I needed anything I knew I could go to Amy for an answer. Whether I was asking her for a phone number or a health related question, she would promptly and effective answer me and if necessary explain her answer to me. I know she was busy caring for others, but she always made time for me and I truly value that feeling. Amy may have just been doing her job, but to me she was an exceptional example of a nurse."
