Amy has been an amazing blessing to me. I met her when I called the Breast Feeding Clinic with complications feeding my four-day-old son. He had gone two hours without eating and I was a wreck. Amy was outstanding from the first phone call I had with her. She was calm and asked all the right questions, and relieved my anxiety. I saw her the same day at the clinic and we were able to resolve the feeding issues. I have continued to see her once a week. Through those weeks, there have been some trying times with breastfeeding, but with Amy's help, I have made it!
Amy has so much knowledge and is very patient. Amy openly listens and is beyond supportive. She always has multiple solutions to any issue given or presented to her. Amy always tells me "I am just doing my job", but I will tell you she goes beyond just doing her job and is an amazing nurse. In my eyes, she is as good as it gets. It is because of Amy that I am still breastfeeding my son. Amy is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Above all an extraordinary nurse and individual!
