Amy is innovative. When other hospitals said that was too difficult to get outpatients who were contagious with COVID safely into the hospital to receive the treatment Amy figured out a way to do it. When the demand rose, Amy figured out how to accommodate more patients. She kept ahead of the changing efficacy of the product and worked to make sure we give our patients the medication that will be most helpful. She receives requests at night and on weekends. She does all of this with a positive “can-do” attitude. It is clear that she really wants to help these patients. Amy has been responsible for getting over 1550 patients treated, avoiding inpatient stays, and worsening of disease. I credit Amy for saving many lives with this therapy!
