My mom had an appointment with her cardiologist. She was asking about my Dad getting in due to his own cardiologist not doing anything about him having SOB, fatigue, and chest pain. Amy got him in to see the doctor the very next day! We found out he needed his Aortic valve repaired, it was almost completely closed. Amy got him in for a heart cath in 2 days and appointments with three other doctors. She understood how serious his condition was. She explained everything very clearly, she was caring, and patient.
My father can be very difficult and she convinced him to do nothing and behave himself? She got him in a week later for surgery! I work as a HUC in the Cardio/ICU. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, organization, care, and understanding.
