Amy has a special skill of making me feel and understand what's going on and what's going to happen next and what I need to do to get home.
But more than just her duties, she instantly looked at me with a purpose that made me feel like I wasn't just a number.
She asked the right questions and joked a little but went the extra mile to push me to walk around.
She has a personality that I liked instantly and helped me to relax. I was going to be all right.
This was my 2nd stent so I basically knew what to expect but by 8 pm, I got to go home.
I remember her most because she looked in my eyes like observing where I was mentally and clarity and knows what to say for a patient to relax and know she is there to take care of me!
She stays busy and is spunky kind of a Type A personality, but in a good way. Like to thank her and Dr. J. personally one day.
