Amy was orienting a new nurse and I was fortunate enough to experienceher training the nurse that at Genesis the patient is number one throughout the entire day. Although I knew Amy and the other nurse had other patients, I felt as though I was the only patient in the hospital because of the thoroughness and time spent ensuring everything was done in excellent fashion. I have had numerous hospital stays and this stay was by far the best. Amy, thank you for a job well done.
