Amy gave excellent care, very supportive along with other nurses. They were team players, they worked along very well, and they were very busy. I spent a night in the ED because there were no beds, and the staff and communication were like BAM! I have perfect care; I was very impressed with the care. Good COVID protection. I'm a retired nurse and I notice everything. The girls worked really hard so give them lunch because they couldn't control the number of patients waiting in the lobby. All my needs were met, there were three others among many, but I will reach back out later.
