Amy was such a breath of fresh air for my grandfather and our family! She came in with a bright smile and eagerness to provide the best care for him. She helped me bathe him and get him changed into daily clothes! She was so positive and supportive of him and our family. She made us feel that he was in such great care, that she truly cared about him, and that she made us feel safe and supportive during his day! Thank you, Amy, for all your support and encouragement during my grandfather’s stay. Being in the hospital is never easy, and she made this day memorable and rewarding for him and our family!
