I was admitted for flash pulmonary edema; my first experience. Amy was totally caring. She explained my condition and the reason and effect of all my medications (which had never been done before). Upon discharge, she fully explained my instructions and the reason for each. I have had a few hospital experiences, but never have I experienced the level of caring, attention, and service that Amy Diehl provided. She is hands down, the finest nurse with whom I have dealt.
