The simple acts of kindness that Amy consistently showed throughout our visit had such a huge impact on our experience. Never have we felt so welcome and so taken care of at any hospital! While I was in the patient room after my mom had surgery, I had fallen asleep and woke up to Amy laying a blanket over me. I was astonished by her never ending compassion for not only my mom (the patient), but for anyone who came into the room. Amy's profound knowledge and explanations of everything she was doing created a relaxing environment, which is hard to obtain in any situation like this.
