We had a mother in our NICU who had a terminal illness. She had a three-year-old daughter at home and delivered a preterm baby boy. I wanted to try to have a special photoshoot for the mom and her children. I contacted Amy, who is a professional photographer as well as a NICU nurse. Amy lives over 1 hour away. Amy took the photographs of the mom and her children at no cost and even willingly drove to their house to do the photos at their home. She spent hours of her own time and edited the entire gallery of photos.
