Nurse Amy has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, our daughter’s medication is always very difficult to get approved by insurance. Amy goes above and beyond to help us during the process. She is so on top of everything and always responds immediately to our questions. The best part about Amy, is that you can tell she truly cares about our daughter. Her warmth radiates even through her MyChart messages. Our daughter would be in a very tough position if it weren’t for Amy’s hard work in securing her medicine. We are extremely grateful for her hard work and perseverance. It is very clear that she goes above and beyond daily.
