I had a total knee replacement. Amy was the first nurse in my room letting me know I was in good hands. There was something very special about that girl. Kind, compassionate, and very professional. She is like an old friend taking care of you. Everything I needed, I didn't have to wait. When you are in that much pain waiting is not good. My husband stayed the whole hospital stay and he was taken very good care of too. Amy made us feel loved and cared for and safe. That is very important to older people. Kind, understanding, and sweet as can be.
