Amy is an angel. Always asking if I need anything and quick to make sure I'm comfortable. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE I've come in contact with here on my first ever visit to Phoenix VA seems to be truly interested in my health and determined to make me well again. God bless each and every one of them for the way they truly care for us veterans! Amy is on top of everything. Always has answers to my dumb questions. Very personable and a joy to see her walk into the room. Makes me feel like I'm staying in a five-star hotel. She hasn't brought me the wine list yet though. LOL...
