Amy was assigned 2 ICU patients, one of which required a high level of care, coordination of multiple disciplines, and attention to changes. She approached all these challenges with a calm, compassionate demeanor and excellent skill. She also maintained a kind and calm demeanor with her other patient while facilitating and completing their transfer out of the ICU.
