Amy Falzone, RN
I recently visited my family at the hospital and could not have been more impressed with our Nurse, Amy. She was with our aunt and family every step of the way. Despite the great complexity of my aunt’s care, Amy explained everything clearly to us and always focused on providing the best care. She stayed late consistently to update us and care for our aunt.
Amy helped facilitate discussions with the rest of the team and actively helped change her treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and hard-working. Honestly, she has a gift and became a part of our family. We hope Amy receives all the recognition she deserves. We are so grateful to all healthcare workers!
