We delivered our little girl and had the pleasure of having Amy as our nurse for two days. I have been around many nurses, as I am a nurse myself, and I must say that Amy will forever leave a lasting impact. As an older mom (again) who has not done this in some time, she has helped my confidence and ability to care for our new baby.

Every interaction we have had has been nothing short of positive. What I think I have appreciated and enjoyed the most is her ability to teach, but with patience and compassion. I don’t think that she even realizes she is doing it, but I truly welcome it, as there are so many things I forgot as a new mom.

In addition to her education/teaching skills, she is incredibly attentive and kind. I told my husband that when you think of a mom/baby nurse, her face should be in the dictionary. She fits this job so well, and you should rest assured knowing that many families are so positively impacted by her nursing skills and abilities.
