This was our second stay in the pediatric unit with our daughter. The care and concern that was shown by Amy were incomparable to any of the other experiences we have had. This is not to say the other nurses did not do a fantastic job because they did. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and accommodating to each of our needs. However, we were able to form a special bond with Amy, and we feel like she went above and beyond to give superior care to our child. Having a child in the hospital is a terrifying experience, to say the least, and Amy made it as pleasant as it could be. She even came back and checked on us when she wasn't scheduled. She took extra time to show love and concern and make sure we knew she cared. Amy is someone we will always appreciate and remember. Thank you, Amy, we love you!
