Amy was assigned to take care of a single mother who had children at home alone while she was in the hospital. The teens kept calling their mother because there was nothing in the house to eat. The patient was feeling very stressed out over this and was upset. Amy, without regard, ordered pizza to be delivered to the patient's house for the kids.
This is the kind of staff we have here at North Kansas City Hospital. I am deeply honored that Amy chooses the 6th floor to call home.
