You listened and took immediate action when no one else did. Thank you for assisting me with getting the right nurse and the right CNA to meet my specific needs and preferences. Also, thank you for obtaining supplies for me to take care of my amputated toe and toenail file and clippers. You are a true patient advocate who really understands your patients and knows that each patient is different and should be cared for in a way that respects he/she as a real person with disabilities and physical limitations. You are authentic, transparent, kind, and caring, and I wanted to let you know that you truly made a huge and positive impact during my stay at Mary Washington Hospital.
