Two weeks ago I was changing shifts with Amy. She did so much for each and every patient. One patient in particular was super sick and immobile Amy had her shined up like a star. Hair was washed- beauty shop the whole nine yards. She worked so hard to set us up for success. I'll never get it. And when I arrived without my notes, she sent me home to get them. We were exchanging shifts for several shifts and I only live 5 minutes away and she was still closing her charting. Amy turned the whole pod around with her ripples of positivity.
