Amy went above and beyond when my father had hip replacement surgery. She was incredibly gracious when she offered to leave work and go pick him up from his hotel. He and my mother had accidentally locked their keys in their car prior to heading to the hospital and were running late for check-in. She literally left work, went and got him with her own car, and brought him to check-in and pre-op. Amy Jones saved the day and helped our family in a way we could never thank her enough for. She truly deserves this award for her selfless actions that day.
