Amy Juba was a nurse who took her job very seriously. She exhibited the mission statement of demonstrating human kindness. She was with me ensuring that proper post-surgery care was adhered to in a personal and professional way. I thought to myself, how can this be? She giving me a stranger, such customer service.
Amy demonstrated the realization of showing true character, doing the right thing when no one is watching. I know that customer/patient quality service is no mere process. You must enjoy your job and it manifests itself by showing genuine care. I recommend that she be acknowledged for service, her merit, and her caregiving ability in really helping her patients first hand.
