Amy Hanksinson was our Nurse for my son who gets painful injections once a month. This experience has been scary, but Amy makes us feel less scared. Not only is Amy kind, knowledgeable, professional and the most loving Nurse; she is an absolute delight and so accommodating. She goes above and beyond to fit the injection appointments into our very busy schedule. She is always great at listening to any and all concerns and getting them back to the doctor. She is great at scheduling us quickly when needed and helping with all matters. Amy always makes sure to talk my son through it, check on him, ask how he is doing in life, and also remembers details that he brings up each month about how his sports are going. He does not want any other Nurse for his injections because Amy makes him feel at home in a scary moment and makes him feel comfortable and cared for. My husband and I are beyond impressed with her skills and patient ways. She is the best! From my son’s mouth . . .“She is really nice and kind and she is my favorite!”
