Nurse Snyder has helped me on multiple occasions. She is always knowledgeable, proactive, and quick to offer help. She has helped me by relaying messages to my provider and she's reliable about getting back to me. Most recently, I emailed the doctor asking him to write a new prescription for Welbutrin. We've moved 3 times since 2019 and the doctor that prescribed the drug initially was 3 states ago. I imagined that this would take time and multiple phone calls/visits. Because of Nurse Snyder's competence and willingness to help, I spoke with a doctor on the next business day after my inquiry. The prescription was renewed and I'll be able to seamlessly continue taking drugs that benefit my mental health. This is just one example of Nurse Snyder's ability.
