Amy Kale was nominated by a peer and selected by her peers for the award. Amy takes the time to listen to her patients and families and then advocates for their needs. Throughout COVID, she poured her heart and soul into doing what was best for all patients. She is a role model for new nurses and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is the voice and advocate, but, most of all, an extraordinary ICU nurse.
