Amy is not only a genuine and extraordinary nurse, but an extraordinary human being, as well! She cared for our special needs son with such loving care and attention to his every need. He is not always easy to understand, but she was committed to “listening” to him and connected with him beautifully! He lit up when she entered his room. She observed him so carefully and then created a very specific “schedule” for the administration of his meds, feeds, and additional water. She made a chart of all this information and even placed Sesame Characters at the bottom, then laminated it and hung it up for others to follow. This was so above and beyond! And so appreciated.
