The very first time I met Amy I liked her. We hit it off right away even though I was quite sick from a burst appendix. Amy has comforted me over and over and over again. Amy is very clear in her explanations of everything she does. She handles herself professionally and is courteous, kind and has a warm heart and soft ear. Amy has done this to me, a complete stranger. You have an Angel walking in your midst. Amy is highly intelligent and quick to respond with a cool and calming manner. She's very good under pressure-she can cover my back anytime.
