Amy came to check on me after my husband had heart arrhythmias. She wasn't even on the clock! That happened on a Saturday; the next day she came to visit us in the Cardiac ICU just to make sure we were okay.
On Sunday evening, about 8, after the shift ended, she came to our room just to tell us she was thinking of us and wanted to make sure we were both okay. I have never had a nurse check on my husband, and I like that anywhere!
