Prior to our baby being born, we made multiple trips to the OB because of blood pressure issues. Amy always made us feel welcome and took the time to explain things. After the baby was born, Amy went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and caring demeanor made our stay away from home a memorable and positive experience.

Most of all, she took the time to listen. No matter what the concern, she listened and made us feel like we mattered. If we had a concern, she acted to ensure that our concerns were put at ease.
